We ship all of our online sold products with Bpost. Shipping costs depend on the amount, the weight, the dimensions, the final destination and the delivery method of the order. The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and/or before the payment of the order.

According to article 9. Right of withdrawal of the GTC, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days, starting from the receipt of your order. To exercise this right, you must notify the customer service department by a written statement specifying your name, first name, email, address, order number and date:

You must return the products no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated your decision to return. The right of withdrawal is only possible if the product has not been used. Returned products must be in their original condition and complete. A product opened or damaged by the customer will not be taken back by Nut’z. Products must be returned to the following address:

with the return form (downloadable here) or with the following information on plain paper: name, first name, email, address, order number and date.

All payments are handled by Mollie, using the latest security standards. Mollie is our Payment Service Provider (PSP) who processes all payments made on our online shop and ensures that your bank details are fully protected and will never be in the possession of Nut’z. This excludes the possibility of fraud and hacking of our online shop www.nutz.pet.
